If you reside in or pay taxes to Clearview, Adjala-Tosorontio and Mulmur Townships, you may obtain a free membership card by presenting current identification at any branch.
Your membership unlocks access to all our FREE services and items for checkout from books to board games! Be sure to check out our Try It Before You Buy It this summer!
When you sign up for a library card, we default your pin/password to be the last six digits on your library card number.
Non-resident membership
Persons living outside of Clearview and the contracting municipalities of Adjala-Tosorontio and Mulmur Townships, must pay an annual non-resident fee of $45.00 per family. Seasonal residents will have $20 of their $45 seasonal membership fee reimbursed once all materials have been returned and any outstanding fees and fines have been paid.
The Clearview Public Library is pleased to offer members in good standing a 50% reimbursement on one family membership, per Clearview Township household from the Collingwood Public Library. Residents will receive the reimbursement by mail after presenting an official receipt from the Collingwood Public Library to any Clearview Public Library Branch.
Membership at other area libraries
Clearview Public Library area libraries have partnered to benefit all our communities to access what we each have to offer. If you have a current library card in good standing you can also get a Essa Public Library, Penetanguishene Public Library, Ramara Public Library, Severn Public Library, Springwater Township Public Library and Tay Township Public Library for free.
