All three branches of Clearview Public Library offer their own Young Adult Collection includes the latest best sellers, magazines, books on cd and electronic resources, including Cypress Resume, Mango Languages and Novelist K-8 Plus

Teen Book Kits

Book kits are available for Teens ages 13 and up. These kits contain a couple of books from our collection, a book reading tracker, a bookmark, colouring sheets or a craft activity, treats and stickers. The kits are borrowed by using your library card. When finished, please return the books and kit tub, but make sure you help yourself to all the other goodies! These are available at all branches throughout the year and item are refreshed after every use.

Youth Crew

A youth group promoting leadership, community awareness, games, arts & crafts, technology and making new friends. This group meets weekly at all branches and is open to youth from ages 10 and up. 

Dungeons & Dragons

Dungeons & Dragons at the Stayner Branch

Dungeons & Dragons runs on Friday & Sundays from Sept 26th – Dec 14th/2025 and returns again in Spring 2026 (March to June). Join in on an adventure while playing Dungeons & Dragons.  This program is for ages 10 yrs and up. Please look out for the winter flyer or email ehamerton@clearview.ca for more details.

Tinker Crew

TINKER CREW  This program is for ages 10 yrs and up. Learn the basics of how to use TinkerCAD and also try your hand at 3D printing. Session two will run at the Creemore Branch from March  26th to May 28th, 2026. Space is limited (Max 6), so registration is required. For more details email ehamerton@clearview.ca for more details. Weekend Workshops

This craft workshop is for ages 10 and up. It runs once a month throughout the year at the Stayner Branch, on a Saturday from 10 am – 12 pm. See flyer for dates and craft details. Summer, March & Winter Break workshops are held at all branches. Please watch out for the flyers from these special workshops. For more details, email ehamerton@clearview.ca.

Teen Book Reviewers

Teens can earn their community service hours by reading and completing a 100 word book review. When you complete one review you will receive 1 hour towards your High School Community Hours. The Teen Librarian will keep track of your community hours and will email you at the end of the program season to make arrangement for you to pick up your community hour sheet.
