How to donate
Books
Any donated collection materials must be in good condition and the donor must be aware that items that are not useable in the collection will be placed in the Library’s ongoing book sale. We do not accept donations of encyclopedias or textbooks. All materials are accepted as per our Collection Development Policy.
Memorial Donations
You can support your library by considering a memorial donation to celebrate a life, a birthday, or a special event. Also consider the library in your estate planning. Please note: Clearview Public Library is a registered charity. Monetary donations of $10.00 or more will receive a tax receipt.
The Clearview Public Library is a Registered Charity and provides tax receipts for monetary donations (Charitable Registration Number 88810 3066 RR0001).

Sponsor a program
The Clearview Public Library offers a variety of programs such as the Summer Reading Program, to encourage school-aged children to read through the summer and the Reading Buddies Program, for young struggling readers. Local service organizations and individuals have been supportive of these ventures through monetary donations. We welcome any assistance to promote literacy development!
